About the Fall Business Meeting

The Montana Transit Association's (MTA) Fall Business Meeting brings transit providers together to plan for MTA's future endeavors, educational, networking opportunities and a time to socialize with old and new friends. This year's event is being planned by the MTA State Coordinator, , Missoula Ravalli Transportation Management Association (MRTMA); in conjunction with the MTA Board and Montana Department of Transportation.

Who Should Attend

Anyone who is a Montana Transit Association member, involved in providing transit services in Montana or is interested in becoming a MTA member.

Friday Night Networking Event

The MTA Board will be hosting a Monte Carlo Night with blackjack. We've arranged a fun evening where managers and drivers can network in a relaxed atmosphere. Attendees will be given Bus Bucks to play with. Take your winnings to the Roadeo Awards Banquet and Auction to bid on great prizes.

A block of rooms has been reserved for MTA Fall Business Meeting participants. Registrants are responsible for their own lodging reservations.

Go to the 2026 Business Meeting and Roadeo Registration tab located to the left or print out the form and fax or mail to the MTA Coordinator before the deadline of September 4, 2026 Registration for non-members is $75 before the deadline. $250 after the deadline.
