     HOTEL - RESERVATIONS
    Call Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown and reserve your room before April 3rd. Please tell them you're with the Montana Transit Association -

    The group code is MTA for online  booking through our website – MTA Annual Spring Conference – choose book now and put in the dates then the group code and make a reservation to receive the state rate of $130 plus 8% & TBID taxes.. 

    If you book online through a third party, such as Expedia or Priceline  - the Hotel will not be able to move them into the block or make changes to those reservations, include room charges. 

    Vendors should ship materials to:
    VENDOR NAME (the person who will be picking up the item at the hotel)

    Please notify Karen Moore directly (karen.moore@himissoula or 406-532-2057) in advance of the shipment arrival.  They should include the quantity, approximate size, expected arrival date, and shipper.  Oversized or large quantity shipments can sometimes incur a storage fee.  The best way to avoid a fee is to reach out ahead of shipment so we can plan receipt and storage in advance. 
     
    Packages will be available to be picked up at the front desk on arrival.
     
    For outgoing packages, the vendor will need to make all shipping & billing arrangements – including sealing & labeling boxes and contacting the shipping company to schedule pickup.  Outgoing packages with a label and scheduled pickup may be left with our front desk team for storage until pickup by your carrier.
     
    LEARNING ZONE: 
    A 30-minute proposal for the Industry Innovation and/or Solutions.
     
    The Innovation Zone will showcase your company’s latest technologies or innovation strategies. This zone showcases cutting-edge thinking and breakthrough technologies and creative concepts that are shaping the future of public transit.
     
    The Solutions Zone will demonstrate practical, solutions-focused presentations. This zone highlights real-world applications, proven strategies and tools to address today’s transit challenges and assist agencies in delivering better service.
